POWERS Expands Partnership With Leading Global Agribusiness To Strengthen Consistency And Sustain Operational Performance

POWERS

Atlanta, GA. October 15, 2026. POWERS has announced the expansion of an existing partnership with a leading global agribusiness, bringing its work to an additional operating site. The engagement will focus on strengthening frontline leadership and the site’s operational discipline to improve the consistency of daily execution and build the capability to sustain stronger operational performance over time.

The expanded partnership follows previous work between POWERS and the organization. It reflects a decision to bring the same focus on leadership capability and disciplined execution to another part of its operating network.

What can be replicated

For multi-site organizations, strong performance at one operation does not automatically translate to another. Each facility has its own leaders, workforce, equipment, operating pressures, and established ways of working. What can be replicated are the management disciplines that give frontline leaders a consistent way to plan the work, manage performance, identify gaps, respond to problems, and hold the standard every shift.

That is where POWERS will focus its work at the new site.

Being invited into another operation by an existing partner means something to us. They have seen how we work, they know what it takes to build stronger execution, and they have chosen to bring us into another part of their organization. Our focus now is helping the leaders at this site build the disciplines and management system they need to execute consistently and sustain stronger performance on their own.

Sean Hart, CEO of POWERS

Managing performance where the work happens

The engagement will work directly with frontline leaders to strengthen the behaviors and capabilities required to manage performance where the work happens. That includes developing leaders who can effectively plan a shift, recognize when actual performance is moving away from expectations, address problems at their source, and create clear accountability with their teams.

Alongside that leadership development, POWERS will strengthen the site’s Management Operating System, creating the standards, routines, management cadence, and visibility required to make disciplined execution part of the operation rather than dependent on individual experience or changing circumstances.

Together, those capabilities provide the foundation for stronger execution across shifts and over time. The objective is not simply to improve performance during the engagement. It is to leave the site with frontline leaders capable of running the system and an MOS strong enough to support consistent performance long after POWERS leaves.

Extending what works across the organization

Expanding a partnership to another site is more than a continuation of previous work. It creates an opportunity to build greater consistency across an organization while recognizing that sustainable improvement still has to be built within each operation.

POWERS will work alongside the site’s leaders and teams to embed the disciplines into how they manage every day. As those disciplines become part of the operation, the site becomes better equipped to respond when conditions change, recover when performance moves off course, and maintain the standards required to produce stronger results.

For POWERS, the expanded engagement also reflects the kind of long-term client relationships the firm has built for nearly two decades. The strongest measure of an engagement is not simply what changes while POWERS is there. It is whether the capability remains after the engagement ends and whether a client trusts POWERS to bring that approach elsewhere in its organization.

This returning partnership is an example of both.
