Ken Wiesinger, Ph.D., is Chief Delivery Officer at POWERS, where he guides executives and teams in tackling complex business challenges through culture-driven leadership and operational excellence. With over 35 years spanning industry and consulting, Ken specializes in executive-to-frontline leadership development, high-stakes change management, project assessment and implementation, new capability and talent development, process mapping and execution, balanced scorecard implementation, meeting cadence and culture renewal, accountability clarification from boardroom to frontline, and personnel growth through facilitation and coaching.

Ken has formal technical and business degrees from Allegheny College, Texas A&M University and The Wharton School of Management. He is a recovering Ph.D. Chemist, who now applies his business acumen to solve complex problems for his clients.
