POWERS Announces Ken Wiesinger, Joins Leadership Team as Chief Delivery Officer

Atlanta, GA – October 16, 2025 – POWERS is excited to announce that Ken Wiesinger, Ph.D., has joined its Leadership Team as Chief Delivery Officer.

In this pivotal role, Ken will spearhead the delivery of transformative client programs, emphasizing executive-to-frontline leadership development, high-stakes change management, project assessment and implementation, new capability and talent development, process mapping and execution, balanced scorecard implementation, meeting cadence and culture renewal, accountability clarification from boardroom to frontline, and personnel growth through facilitation and coaching.

With more than 35 years of experience spanning industry and consulting, Ken is a recognized leadership advisor who dramatically enhances business performance while embedding sustainable systems, processes, and behaviors. He excels in leading complex implementations that address key challenges like digital transformation, change management, and operational excellence in sectors including oil & gas, chemicals, aerospace, and manufacturing.

Ken holds a B.S. in Chemistry from Allegheny College, a Ph.D. in Chemistry from Texas A&M University, and went through the Wharton Management Program. He is based in the Dallas-Fort Worth area.
