POWERS Renews Partnership with Global Industrial Safety Manufacturer

safety

Atlanta, GA, December 11, 2025 - POWERS has renewed its collaboration with a global manufacturer known for producing essential industrial safety products used across a wide range of environments.

This renewed engagement continues a relationship that has evolved over several years, during which the manufacturer has partnered with POWERS to improve performance systems, streamline operational processes, and strengthen frontline leadership capability across multiple sites and product lines.

Throughout this long-standing partnership, the organization has shown a consistent commitment to improving how work gets done on the plant floor. Earlier phases of work with POWERS focused on tightening daily management routines, strengthening accountability, and helping leaders create stable, repeatable patterns of performance. These efforts helped teams develop dependable problem solving behaviors and build a stronger foundation for disciplined execution.

Leaders at all levels gained practical tools that improved communication, reduced variation, and supported more effective decision making during each shift.

The new project expands on this foundation. POWERS will work closely with leadership and frontline teams to reinforce the systems that support throughput, quality, and cross-functional coordination. The focus includes improving how information flows between departments, strengthening the routines that help supervisors stay ahead of emerging issues, and ensuring that performance expectations remain clear from shift to shift. By reinforcing these systems, the engagement aims to reduce avoidable losses, strengthen the link between daily activity and broader operational goals, and further improve the consistency of execution across the network.

A major emphasis for this phase will be frontline leadership development. The manufacturer recognizes that strong systems only function effectively when leaders have the skills and behaviors required to guide their teams. Many leaders have advanced through the organization due to their technical knowledge, and this work will continue building their capability in areas such as communication, coaching, prioritization, and situational awareness.

Strengthening these abilities helps ensure that leaders are equipped to maintain stable operations even as demand fluctuates or conditions shift.

POWERS will also guide the organization through refinements to its Management Operating System. These refinements help leaders understand where losses occur, how decisions impact throughput, and which actions create the most meaningful improvements. When MOS routines work as intended, teams move from reacting to problems late to identifying developing issues early. This shift supports more stable production, fewer surprises during changeovers, and a more reliable rhythm of work across the enterprise.

“We appreciate the chance to work again with such a dedicated partner,” said Sean Hart, CEO of POWERS. “Their focus on improvement is clear in every project. They understand how leadership, systems, and consistent execution work together to produce strong results. We look forward to supporting their continued progress and helping them achieve the next level of operational performance.”

Our partner’s COO shared, “POWERS has helped us raise the bar for how our teams lead and perform. Their work aligning our frontline operations with our goals has delivered real results. They understand our business, our challenges, and the environments in which we operate. We are glad to continue building on this progress together.”

The renewed engagement reflects a shared belief that operational excellence is built through capable leaders, disciplined systems, and consistent, day-to-day behaviors on the shop floor. Both organizations remain committed to strengthening these fundamentals to support growth, improve performance, and continue delivering high quality products to customers worldwide.
