POWERS Announces Organizational Changes

GAINESVILLE, GA – The Powers Company, a results-based management development group, announced that it has promoted the following individuals to new leadership positions with in its organization:

Effective January 1st, 2019 – Sean Hart has been named President and will oversee the company’s due diligence and operations teams.  Sean will facilitate all requirements to deliver our commitments to our clients with the highest level of quality and integrity. As an employee of The Powers Company for the past 9 years, he has previously worked as Project Manager, Director of Operations, and most recently COO.

Randall Powers comments, “Sean is being promoted due to his strong and effective client communication and engagement skills.  He has a gift for facilitating our clients through our process to significantly improve operational, cultural and financial performance while creating a positive atmosphere of fun and respect. Client’s absolutely love Sean, and so do our people.”  Randall will retain his role as Managing Partner and will focus on business development and new product development.
Craig Wall has been named COO and will oversee the company’s daily project management.  Craig has several years of experience in both our analysis and operations group and we look for Craig to help us deliver and sustain the quality of our services and products.
