March 12, 2026, Atlanta, GA — POWERS has been re-engaged by a long-standing partner, a leading U.S. food manufacturer, to support a new phase of operational improvement focused on optimizing capacity utilization across key production lines.

This renewed engagement reflects the trust built during previous work together, when the organization partnered with POWERS to address operational constraints that were limiting throughput while demand for its products continued to grow.

During that earlier engagement, POWERS worked alongside executive leadership, plant management, and frontline supervisors to strengthen the organization’s Management Operating System, improve production visibility, and reinforce leadership routines on the shop floor.

That work delivered substantial improvements in productivity, yield, and labor efficiency while stabilizing day-to-day execution across several high-value production areas. With stronger operational discipline in place, leadership recognized an opportunity to capture additional capacity already present within the operation.

The renewed engagement will focus on identifying and removing constraints that continue to limit productive output while ensuring the operational gains previously achieved remain stable as improvements continue.

The POWERS team will work directly with plant leadership and frontline supervisors to strengthen escalation routines, reinforce production standards, and improve coordination between production and maintenance.

Particular emphasis will be placed on improving asset utilization across critical equipment and production lines while ensuring that improvements are sustained consistently across shifts and departments. As with previous engagements, the work will focus on strengthening the systems, processes, and leadership behaviors that enable performance improvements to hold under daily operating pressure.
