Atlanta, GA, November 20th, 2025 – POWERS is pleased to announce a new partnership with a long-established global plastics manufacturer known for its multi-process capabilities and broad portfolio of protective, packaging, and molded component solutions.
With operations across multiple continents and a diverse customer base, the organization continues to expand while strengthening the systems and leadership practices required to support long-term performance.
To advance these priorities, the manufacturer has engaged POWERS to redesign and optimize its Management Operating System and provide comprehensive Frontline Leadership Development to support consistent execution across shifts, lines, and facilities.
Redesigning the Management Operating System for Operational Stability
POWERS will lead a detailed evaluation of the client’s production routines, methods, and process flows to identify inconsistencies, inefficiencies, and waste in the path from inputs to finished goods. Using these insights, POWERS will rebuild the Management Operating System into a more efficient, repeatable, and measurable structure that reduces the time, labor, and support required to produce.
The redesigned MOS will establish clear performance metrics and standardize critical daily routines, including shift starts, shift handoffs, huddles, short-interval follow-ups, line startups, and changeovers. These standards help teams manage variation, elevate communication, and maintain alignment around what must happen each day to deliver consistent, predictable results.
Strengthening Frontline Leadership to Sustain the MOS
Frontline leaders are responsible for executing the MOS and ensuring that daily work practices are followed with discipline. Many do not receive the training needed to lead effectively within a structured system. To address this gap, POWERS will deliver a comprehensive leadership development program that equips supervisors and team leads with the communication skills, behavioral expectations, and operational tools needed to guide their teams every shift.
The program focuses on practical leadership behaviors that support stability on the floor, including running effective shift routines, coaching for performance, decision-making, short-interval follow-ups, and maintaining a focus on safety, quality, and throughput. By strengthening frontline capability, the organization builds the leadership depth required to make the MOS sustainable across processes and locations.
Introducing DPS to Support Long-Term Performance
Once the MOS and leadership practices are firmly established, POWERS will introduce DPS, its proprietary software platform, to support long-term visibility and accountability. DPS unifies mission-critical KPIs into a shared digital platform, so teams at every level work from the same data. This includes clear visibility into capacity utilization, downtime, startup performance, and other key production indicators.
DPS strengthens the communication routines built within the MOS by providing a structured way to share updates, track progress, and surface issues early. With everyone aligned to a standard set of performance insights, teams can respond faster, manage variation more effectively, and sustain improvements well beyond the initial engagement.
From Sean Hart, CEO of POWERS
"Strong systems and capable frontline leaders are the foundation of sustainable performance," said Sean Hart, CEO of POWERS. "We are proud to partner with this organization as it strengthens its operational discipline and builds the leadership capacity needed to support long-term growth. By integrating a robust MOS, frontline leadership development, and the visibility that DPS provides, we can help create a reliable, scalable operating environment."
