March 26, 2026, Atlanta, GA — — POWERS is pleased to announce a new engagement with a leading North American dairy producer, focused on improving maintenance performance and developing frontline leadership within a complex, high-throughput production environment.

Operating at scale, the organization depends on equipment reliability, disciplined execution, and strong leadership at the point of performance to sustain throughput, product quality, and cost control. As operational demands increased, leadership identified an opportunity to strengthen both maintenance performance and frontline leadership capability to support more consistent execution across the operation.

This engagement focuses on strengthening maintenance performance while building the leadership capability to consistently manage and improve performance on the shop floor.

POWERS will work with the client to improve maintenance planning, execution, and coordination to increase equipment reliability and drive measurable gains in overall equipment effectiveness (OEE). In parallel, the team will work directly with frontline leaders to reinforce how performance is managed day to day, strengthening expectations, decision-making, follow-up, and accountability across shifts and teams, while shifting leadership from reactive firefighting to proactive, intentional performance management.

Together, this work is designed to improve how the operation performs in real time, ensuring that equipment reliability and leadership execution both contribute to more stable, predictable outcomes.

POWERS CEO, Sean Hart, commented on the engagement:

“In operations like this, there’s a real opportunity to improve performance in ways that directly impact throughput, stability, and the bottom line. Strengthening maintenance performance and developing frontline leaders gives the organization the ability to execute more consistently and get more out of the assets and teams already in place.”

This engagement reflects POWERS’ continued work with large-scale manufacturers to improve performance in the areas that most directly affect execution, reliability, and long-term operational results.
